"Find Your Feet" is a 45-minute introductory session perfect for those new to Fire Strength and Fitness.
Led by an experienced fitness coach, this session will guide you through the gym's amazing equipment, teaching you how to use it effectively and safely.
The coach will provide personalised tips, guide you through different exercises, and offer pointers to help you feel confident in your new fitness environment.
Whether you're completely new to working out or just new to Fire, this session is designed to help you get comfortable and set you up for success on your fitness journey.
